Apogee Center is a peer run recovery center. The model of a recovery center is to build upon the foundation of peer support to assist individuals in identifying, remembering, or discovering, their own passions, interests, and hobbies. Our focus is to support the building of connections between individuals. We do this through different programs and groups available at our space and in the community.
Looking for the easiest way to access our online groups? Follow us on Facebook, we have events and posts with the meeting links. You can also find them on the Apogee Center’s website. Visit www.apogeecenter.org for the complete list of groups and links. As our community continues to experience an increase in the number of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to reduce the number of individuals who can participate in our in-person groups. At this time, we will be continuing to our offer our in-person groups, but just limiting the number of people in the space at a time. Some groups will be streamed, allowing participation in-person and virtually.
We are continuing to offer telephone and video chat peer support and will continue our virtual groups too. If you’d like some help to learn to use the video chat, please reach out to our office or any of our staff. We are able to meet with you and help. At this time, we are unable to provide any transportation to individuals. If you need assistance to attend appointments or access resources, please call Apogee Center at 518-697-0976 and we will do our best to help.
